Will I Get To See My Kids If I Am Convicted Of Domestic Violence?

Video Transcription:

If you are convicted of domestic violence, you may or may not be able to see your children. Domestic violence is a wide umbrella. If you commit an act of domestic violence against one of your children, the court likely will not let you see your other children. If you’re convicted of domestic violence against your spouse or your live-in girlfriend or boyfriend, then you may be able to see your children only under supervised contact, with someone supervising your time sharing with your child or children.
