What Does It Cost To Get A Protective Order In Florida?

Video Transcription:

A protective order can be entered in Florida without cost to the victim. What is necessary is that a person who has been victimized by another will have to go to that county courthouse and ask to have an injunction presented to a court to enjoin the person who is the aggressor from committing any further acts of assault or battery or other domestic violence against the victim. All of that takes place without cost to the victim.
