My Offense Is Minor. Do I Really Even Need An Attorney Or Can I Just Handle This On My Own?

Video Transcription:

Miranda Rights or Miranda Warnings are those warnings that law enforcement must give to a suspect when that suspect has their freedom curtailed. If you are arrested and they wish to question you about an incident then they are supposed to give you Miranda Warnings with few exceptions prior to questioning you about the incident. Miranda Warnings can include, and should include, the right to remain silent and the right to have a lawyer present and with you prior to answering any questions they ask of you.
