  • If your BAL was .15% or higher, or if a minor was in your vehicle, incarceration for a maximum of 9 months
• Revocation of your driver’s license between 180 days to 1 year

Second DUI Offense

• Fines between $1,000 and $2,000
  • If your BAL was .15% or higher, or if a minor was in your vehicle, the fines will be between $2,000 and $4,000
• Imprisonment for a maximum of 9 months
  • If your BAL was .15% or higher, or if a minor was in your vehicle, incarceration for a maximum of 1 year
  • If it is your second conviction within 5 years, you face mandatory imprisonment for at least 10 days
• Revocation of your driver’s license for a minimum of 5 years

Third DUI Offense

• Fines between $2,000 and $5,000
  • If your BAL was .15% or higher, or if a minor was in your vehicle, the fines will be a minimum of $4,000
• If it is your third conviction within 10 years, incarceration for a minimum of 30 days to a maximum of 1 year
• Revocation of your driver’s license for a minimum of 10 years

Fourth or Subsequent DUI Offense

• A minimum fine of $2,000
• Incarceration for a maximum of 5 years
• Permanent revocation of your driver’s license
